About me

Hi, I’m Alexander

I create UGC in an everyday style: natural, clear and without acting. Your audience should feel like a friend is showing them something he really uses.

Since 2017 I have been running my own YouTube channel with more than 9,000 subscribers and 1.7 million views. No new videos have been added since 2023, but they are still watched thousands of times every month. Speaking on camera is part of my everyday life.

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged according to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation). You receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer (SEPA, or SWIFT internationally). My services are offered exclusively to businesses and self-employed persons, not to private individuals.

Process

How we work together

  1. RequestYou tell me which package and which product.
  2. BriefingWe agree in writing on what goes into the video. Then you get my shipping address and send me the product, if needed. For apps and games, a link is enough.
  3. Filming and deliveryI film and send you the finished video via download link, usually within 7 days.
  4. Revision and invoiceOne revision round is included. After that, you receive the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

What language are the videos in?

I film in neutral standard German, understood across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I’m happy to communicate in English regarding the briefing and all further arrangements, including with companies from abroad.

Can I send a script in English?

Yes. Send me a script or bullet points in English and I’ll deliver it in natural German, not a word-for-word translation. That way the video sounds like it comes from a real German user.

What do you need from me for the video?

For physical products, you send me the product. You’ll get the shipping address after the briefing, please don’t send it to the address in the legal notice. For apps and games, a link to the App Store or Google Play is enough, I record them myself on my phone. For unreleased apps and games, you send me a TestFlight invite or a Google Play test version.

What does the revision round include?

You tell me once what you’d like changed and I adjust it. This covers editing, order, subtitles and text, and re-recording single sentences.

What if the video doesn’t match the briefing?

If I didn’t follow the agreed briefing, I’ll reshoot the video for free. If you want something different from what we agreed afterwards, that’s a new order.

How long does it take?

Usually within 7 days after the product arrives. For apps, games and websites, from your confirmation.

How do I pay and how do I get the video?

You receive the finished video via download link. After that, I send you the invoice by email, in English for international clients, payable within 14 days by bank transfer (SEPA, or SWIFT internationally).

How and for how long can I use the videos?

For social media, your website and paid ads, including in-app ads in other apps and games, for example via AppLovin, Unity Ads or Google AdMob. Three months for package 1, six months for packages 2 and 3. 12 months cost €50 extra per video, longer on request.

Do I get the raw footage?

You get the finished, edited video. Raw footage is not included.

Do you also work for competing products?

I make sure not to promote direct competitors at the same time. Fixed exclusivity for a set period is available on request.

Which platforms and formats are the videos suitable for?

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and ads on Meta, TikTok and ad networks. You choose vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9. If you want both formats of the same video, it costs €30 extra per video.

Is an NDA possible?

Yes. If your product requires it, an NDA is no problem.
